"Closed Concern" Thread Should be Moved to "Support Center Resolved"

… can be moved to "Support Center Resolved". Sorry for the delay but I can explain my fix.

My computer was well beyond the minimum system requirements for the game and, as mentioned in the thread, ran perfectly fine in every area except for certain cutscenes.

At the time, the only cutscene I was having an issue with was the particular moment in the Leviathan cutscene. As I played on, the glitch would rear it's ugly head in at least two more cutscenes. These cutscenes being 1.) Where Igeyorhm and Lahabrea combine into one in the Aethereochemical Research Facility at the exact moment a reddish light flash begins to take shape and 2.) At the introductory sequence to the last boss in the Neverreap dungeon where a tornado begins to form.

Lowering my resolution from 1080p 60hz to 1080p 24hz temporarily fixed the issue for these particular scenes but was only a stop gap measure I would utilize for the rare occasion in which this particular glitch would occur.

The permanent fix was changing my Frame Rate Limit settings under the System Configuration Menu.

Though my computer was easily able to handle anything XIV was able to throw at it, for some reason setting that Frame Rate Limit to 60 was causing crashes, as well as anything below it. When I set the Frame Rate Limit to 'None' every cutscene where I was previously having crashes to restart no longer elicited such behavior.
