crafting % issue from 50-75%

iirc it's only for items level 70 - 80

In the Crafting Log, you can see “(Max: 50%)” beneath the Quality bar for crafts below level 70. Likewise, level 70+ crafts say “(Max: 75%)” beneath their Quality bars.
