ShB leveling dungeons and leveling Trusts

We need a better balance for it to make people at least not feel like doing dungeons via Trust takes forever.
I thought I could at least not sit in queue forever when I want to level alt DPS jobs, but oh my god doing lvl 71 dungeon with deleveled trust npcs takes 35+ minutes to complete. I even went on ahead to pull one more pack, but Thancred was too slow to respond and I got killed instead.

Aside from Trust npcs not doing aoe damage, monsters simply have TOO MUCH HP. The two combined together killed any desire I have to level with trust npcs at all. I actually would rather wait 15-20 min queue for a faster dungeon clear.

I took my BRD and SAM to run lvl 71 dungeon. With me being the only one doing aoe, I almost fell asleep spamming on my BRD. My 30 min food buff ran out before the final boss fight, so I'm pretty sure it took way too long to clear.

Not asking to nerf monster damage, but if trust npcs can't use aoe, can you at least make monster have less hp, so they die faster?

I made another post about this, and i just dont want to level them up. I can live with the slower run times. You do get to keep all the loot for yourself, and its an Instant Q for when you need to finish off a level. but regardless The trust system needs love.

The static exp reward for the 71 dungeon is 2.5kk to the Trust NPCs, so 6 runs to ding them 72 and very likely another 6-7 runs to ding 73 to move onto Il Mheg.

It's a grind for sure.. I don't mind so much though as it is guaranteed loot / exp and I can AFK whenever I want without risk of being party kicked. It is much more casual and enjoyable even with the extended time it takes to complete. As a DPS, it's about the same as a normal queue wait + the dungeon time.

My only complaint is the LB.. man they use it instantly when the bar fills on all boss fights lol. I have recently just been using it on trash pulls to speed those up and it helps a fair bit.

What should be changed? I'm not sure. It's a guarantee instant queue and it provides a relaxed way of doing missions in MSQ and outside of it for EXP. I can't honestly say that it should be changed at all. I like it and plan on eventually having the Trust NPCs leveled up to 80.

When I saw that it was SIX RUNS to level characters from 71 to 72 I gave up on leveling trusts. I'm not running that first dungeon TWELVE TIMES with npcs who don't know what aoe is just to get to the 73 dungeon. Not to mention if I ever want to swap roles I have to start over again.

Are there even any actual rewards for leveling trusts? Beyond being able to use trusts in higher level dungeons? They should just scale the trusts to the level they are when you runt he dungeon in the msq. Or if they insist on having us level trusts despite this system not really making any lore sense, at least cut it down to 3 runs to level an npc up.
