Having Problems With Housing

Hi all!

We were looking to buy a Medium Plot of land for our FC but were unable to as our FC leader wasn't online.

We, knowing how contested plots are bought as a private plot in the hopes of changing it back it to an FC plot once our leader came online.

We only discovered you can't do this and now are left confused and needing answers.

I know there are whole threads talking about how it is against the rules to sell land to make a profit, but in this case, we made a genuine mistake and are wondering if it's possible to just switch it over without the malicious intent behind it.

First, Is it possible to sell this plot to our Leader so he can change it to our FC?

Second, If we are unable to sell it, how long does it take on average for the land to be requested so we can require it?

Have the fc leader buy any small plot for the fc house, then just vacate the medium and have him relocate the small fc house to the medium.
