Prioritize Rendering of A ranks

Given the popularity of Shadowbringers and players wanting to gear up for the upcoming raids, hunts are a source of token income for many. It's also another chance to test out how strong a player has become. Due to this popularity it's not uncommon for an A rank to have a large amount of players after them.

At a certain threshold A ranks simply don't render. If you have them as a focus target it simply cuts your focus target. Even for AOE damage skills which don't require a target you still have to know the general area where the A rank is. It also means not being able to see telegraphs of AOEs to avoid dying. The cumulative effect of this is players missing out on contributions and not getting any/solo rewards.

Please make A ranks priority rendering. From what I can tell S ranks already have this sort of priority rendering in place. I care more about being able to target an A rank than I do someone from a party I'm not even in. Also priority rendering of their AOEs would be nice as well.

This problem is perhaps most visible with hunts, but its scope is much broader. When we get down to it, most other players are just not important as far as rendering is concerned. The rendering priorities everywhere, in all cases, should be modified:

1. The player
2. Enemies
3. NPCs
4. Party members
5. Other PCs who are currently targeted by enemies
6. ...
7. ...
8. ...
9. ...
10. ...
11. ...
12. Everyone else

I would even argue that this list trumps distance. Please render all of the enemies in my range of vision before you even consider rendering other players.
