Next MSQ patch release?

Is it 3 months from July 2nd?

I believe 5.1 is in few week when new raid come out think was in the last live letter

Sorry, but the next MSQ update (5.1) won't be until around 22nd October 2019.

This is based what we saw with previous expansions and 4.1 came out 16 weeks after 4.0 was released. With Heavensward, 3.1 came out 20 weeks after 3.0, but SE said at the time that they were extending the time before the the patch to give their staff time off or something like that.

So yeh although we don't know for sure, end of October is a fairly safe bet.

yeah, they dont really release the 1st patch as early as other patches. (plus patches are estimated to be 3.5 months, upwards of 4 months, not really 3 months. just as expansions are over 2 years, and not the 1.5 years mentioned prior.)

So next Tuesday our first normal tier of Eden comes out.

The following week the Savage tier of Eden drops as well as the new treasure hunt instance Lyle Ghiahl.

Stormblood came out on June 20th (officially) and we didn't see 4.1 drop until October 10th.

With Shadowbringers coming out on July 2nd It's safe to say at the end of October we'll get our first big patch update.

Don't know if this is of interest to anyone, but here's when all the major patches came out and how many days since the last major patch:

Savage should be 2 weeks after Normal, unless I misread/misheard.
