Ddos EX

Hey Square, I know this isn't your fault, but just wanted to let you know that the game is getting DDosed real hard even as I type this. We just had to quit an alliance raid as the mass disconnections made it so there were more people offline than on out of our 24 man raid.

Just letting you know. I know that dickheads do this every expansion, so I expected it, but still just needed to point it out.

I even read that att and comcast blocked share play function on ps4.

I don't believe this is a net neutrality thing. I mean I'm certainly not happy about Net Neutrality being gone. It needs to be there. But it was clearly a DDoS.
I was playing at a time of night when most players are in bed, and the queues were only getting bigger not smaller. Before the attack hit, my queue was only 10 people. Once it hit, my friend was seeing queue numbers up in the thousands when everyone was getting booted.

There's nothing political about it. It's just jerks getting a cheap laugh out of harassing people who are just trying to play a game.
