Question about Inheriting FC House

I've scoured the web and couldn't find an answer, and have no idea if anyone has dealt with this either.
If an FC member doesn't meet the requirements for owning property, will the house be forfeited with the rank transfers to them?

The list of requirements is pretty extensive...

Just kidding, there's none. A character that isn't even out of the video intro when creating a new character can lead an FC and everything that comes with it.

The only checks done on obtaining a house currently are when purchasing the estate. Transfer of ownership has no such requirements.
