Anyone else suffering horrible lag and dc'ing?

Hello all.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but..

Me and my partner Ivera Ivalice were doing leves to try and level his DRG. And throughout our gameplay at various camps, we'd suffer horrible lag. It would take 5-10 seconds for my spell to start casting (I was playing as BLM). And it would take his DRG attacks the same amount of time to execute.

Getting on/off my choco took much more time than usual too.

Oh not to mention I disconnected a good 3 or 4 times. Him once or twice..
His lag didn't really improve after I exited the game, so I don't think I caused it.

Again I don't know if this is the right place to post this. I'd like to hear suggestions or anyone else encountering the same thing.
