Veraero and Verthunder change to Verholy and Verflare even when actions aren't learne

Steps:
1. Use full RDM melee combo (only tried with Enchanted versions)
2. Verstone and Verthunder action icons change to disabled Verholy and Verflare icons
3. Use an action which triggers the GCD to change icons back to Verstone and Verthunder (off-GCD actions won't revert the icons back to normal)
*Add more steps if necessary

This is on PC.
