Equipping Linkshells - New Players

Hey Square-Enix, I was a little confused by this at first, but with having played FFXI I was able to easily figure it out. For others who don't know the concept of linkshells I'm sure it can be confusing. When new players start out, could you make it so that when players are invited to a linkshell its automatically equipped? You can place a check to make sure they currently do not possess a linkshell and auto-equip it for them. If deemed necessary, also add an onscreen tool-tip on how to equip it for future references.
