Extreme Lag Issues

Over the past few days I have been experiencing lag with all my actions whether it be interacting with a teleporter, quest object etc. Players have also been rubber banding in dungeons, casters cast when only 75% of the bar is filled and this issue has severely hurt my enjoyment of the game. I have tried installing a VPN but it didn’t fix anything, if anything it actually made the problem worse. Is their a fix for this?

Are you using wifi or are you connected directly to the router? Does this issue happen anywhere else in game?
