Density Farm in 5.0?

I'm starting to suspect that there isn't swarms of people waiting to run Alexander Savage over and over again.

Are there any pages that actually have lists of the values of the runs so I can get an idea what's best for solo work?

Any general advice while I'm out it?

Most of the guides talk about "farming light" and that was ARR, I can't find one that dosen't seem to be a confusing mix of HW and ARR discussions.

Failing finding a guide anywhere with a list, I'm starting to assemble a partial list from various place:

Values?
Vague 2 (Fates?)
Meagre 4 (Ex primal?)
Vigorous 8
Robust 12 (dungeons? 50+? Hard?)
Sturdy 24
Hardened 32 (raid?)
Stalwart 48 (savage raid?)
