Ifrit-egi is bugged.

Has anyone tested Garuda's autoattack damage with Ifrit's autoattack damage?

Supposedly Ifrit should hit for the double of Garuda right? Because Garuda's AA potency is 40 and Ifrit is 80.

Well no, that's not the case apparently.

i435 SMN here, Ifrit's autos hit for 1750-1800 damage. Garuda's autos hit for 1500 damage.

If you don't believe me go to a dummy and test it for yourself.

This could actually be why SMN's DPS is lower than intended because Ifrit is actually bugged.

So yeah, fix this class SE please.

Ifrit hits two times. onece with AA and once with a spamable skill.

I thought pet auto attacks were removed and the only automatic thing they performed themselves was that spammable skill.

Like I said, Garude only uses the spamable skill and Ifrit uses the skill + AA.

No it doesn't in ShB. You might want to go to a dummy.

So this does not concern anyone? Like my dotless Ruin II 80 potencies against a dummy hit for 3500 on average, yet my Ifrit Egi hits for 1700...?

The real potencies of Ifrit Egi and Garuda Egi I calculate are around 40 and 30 respectively.

Oh this is a good one too. Titan-egi autoattacks hit for even less than Garuda-egi. I'd say the potency of Titan autos equals roughly to 25 potency.

I thought different pets all have different scaling? so you can't just compare their potency from tooltips? Tho it's may be a bug... either way even if ifrit did its 80 potency then what? it would give SMN bigger number without SMN doing anything, it's pointless. Stronger glorified dot will solve nothing sadly... tho if it is a bug they should address it obviously

What sense does that make. If Ifrit's potency is 80, Titan is 60 and Garuda is 40, what kind of reasonable logic do you apply to get to the conclusion that Ifrit should do 1750, Garuda 1500 and Titan 1300. This does not make any sense at all and yes, it does look like a bug to me.

Anecdotally I have been doing less dps with Ifrit than Garuda.
All the top smn using Ifrit though, so I was thinking I just doing something wrong.
