Temperance damage reduction not applying instantly

Steps:
1. Use Temperance
2. Watch party list
3. Does not apply instantly like Passage of Arms / Sacred Soil or other damage reducing abilities.

To sum it up, the 10% damage reduction of Temperance on the party does not apply instantly but rather on the next server tick which makes it awkward to use. Passage of Arms used to be the same but got changed to the better, this one should behave the same way. Happens 100% of the time.
