Steps:
1. Go to Character Creation or Aesthetician and pick a race and gender.
2. Use the Thanalan or Black Shroud environment.
3. Go to Hairstyle and confirm your choice with the X button and press X again to go to Hair Color.
4. Confirm your Hair Color of choice by pressing X and press X again to go to Face.
5. Cancel by pressing the O button and go back to Hairstyle.
6. Et voilà, the game crashes.
