Spirit of the Elder causing issues with Blizzard 4 in Eureka

The new BLM feature of reducing spell costs the further into Umbral Ice you are has caused some issues inside Eureka when using the logos action Spirit of the Elder.. When in Umbral Ice 3, Blizzard IV should cost a BLM no mana. When paired with Elder (which reduces MP costs for casters) Blizzard 4 costs negative MP and can no longer be cast. It can still be used in Umbral Ice 1 or 2 when it costs positive MP but that isn’t very helpful since we should want to be in UI3 any time we’re in ice phase.

Steps:
1. Use Spirit of the Elder inside Eureka Pyros or Hydatos to reduce MP costs.
2. When in Umbral Ice 3, Blizzard IV now has a negative MP cost when paired with Spirit of the Elder.
3. The negative MP cost prevents Blizzard IV from being able to be cast when in Umbral Ice 3, throwing off the normal ice phase of the Black Mage rotation.
