Can't get into world, am disconnected with 90002 after login every time.

Hello

Last evening the game was working fine... No issues.

Today... Whenever I login to the game, it takes me through the title screen, etc... I choose my character, then i login to the World. It's always full so there's a queue. Let's say the queue is 40. So everything will be fine and it will count me and once it's my turn it lets me in..

Then I get the "Now Loading" screen with a the mog.... Then I get "connection with the server lost". It's not a disconnect as I haven't been able to successfully login to the game since last night. I just cant get in to begin with :(

I tried Resetting my modem. I tried the steps in another thread for changing all your internet explorer settings, etc.

I don't know what to do or where this problem came from or if I'll get to play again :(

UPDATE: I can get into the game fine on my alt! But not on my my main char.

I was in the "last zone" just about to accept the final quest, Shadowbringers. I decided to logout because I was tired and wanted to enjoy the story today when I had more energy.

Now I cant get in and finish the game. Any ideas what to do?

Did you activate the Shadowbringers expansion, not just the early access code?

What platform are you playing on (PS4, PC, MAC)? Was the alt that you can log in with on the same server or data center as your main character?
