Steps:
1. Do "A Safe Place to Hide" quest
2. It will ask you to cast Lustrate on Setoto after killing the adds.
3. Because Aetherflow requires that you be in combat, you will not be able to cast it and therefore cannot cast Lustrate on Setoto to kill the adds.

Current Workaround:
If you start combat with another monster in the area you can cast Aetherflow and Lustrate to finish the quest.
