can't see abilities 50-70

Hello, i was playing on my level 70 white mage a few days ago and I joined a duty finder and when I got in my entire bar had been reset as if I was just playing a new character and I looked in my spellbook and could only see abilities from level 1-50. I change job to anything else and it's fine but on my white mage it is wrong for some reason.

I tried to get in game support but they told me the only way i could fix a bug is to post here which seems strange but I thought i'd try?

Do you have your White Mage soul stone equipped?
Lodestone is showing your character as a Conjurer instead of a White Mage.

Definitely check this! I found several of my classes missing soul stones from their saved outfits, so this could very well be possible.
