Quests requiring flight before access to all Aethercurrents

Steps:
1. Complete the Main Scenario Quest "In Good Faith"
2. Do not complete the Main Scenario Quest "The Burden of Knowledge"
3. Attempt to complete the quests "A Test of Strength" and "Just the Two of Us"

As far as I can tell, either these quests were given too soon or the Main Scenario Aethercurrent was placed too late. There is no land route to get to the quest destinations. Upon completing The Burden of Knowledge you get the last Aethercurrent and can fly, fixing the issue.
