When making macros to put gear on only way to make earrings and wrists work is by going "Right ear" or "Right Wrist" can do the same for left. But since they are not combined should be /equip "Ears" and /equip "Wrsts" ( or Arms like the patch notes says it should be"
Try all-lowercase "wrists", "ears", etc. That works for me.
