Sorry, but unlikely to happen.
It WAS like every other cutscene (and skippable) and due to overwhelming complaints from new players that they missed the entire dungeon as they were in cutscenes while everyone else carried on, SE decided to change it to how it is now and you can't skip it.
But they also buffed the experience you get from the roulette as compensation...
