Speech bubbles in old format at the start of "A Day in the Neighborhood" msq

Steps:
1. Speak to Y'shtola to start quest "A Day in the Neighborhood", Shadowbringers.
2. Dialogue options pop up and is using the old UI of a speech bubble in the centre of the screen.
3. Otherwise scene continues as normal
