Idea for the Forums

This new player poll that's out got me thinking...How would everyone feel about this:


I think it would be a good idea to implement a sort of official "forum poll" for popular threads. If a thread gets enough views/replies for SE to take an interest in it, then it should be brought to *every player's attention (not just those who stumbled onto it); and we should all be allowed to contribute.

Otherwise, there is no way of knowing exactly what players are thinking. An official "forum poll" for w/e threads SE deems "significant" would further assist developers in making important decisions, regarding FFXIV's future.

Honestly, heaven forbid that SE take any further serious interest in what's posted on these boards. Even if they adopted and implemented an idea from the majority, all the majority would do is cry out, "WHY WOULD YOU EVER DO THAT??!!"
