[Mana] Recovery from Content Server Technical Difficulties (Jul. 5)

Due to the heavy congestion, we experienced issues wherein players were unable to enter instanced content on the Mana data center.
We are pleased to announce that the technical difficulties with all Mana data center Worlds have been resolved.
