SB 4.0: MSQ: The Resonant

World name: Exodus
Character name: Nox Nagusame
NPC name: Lyse
MSQ level: Level 69
MSQ: The Resonant
Class/Level: Paladin/70
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: ALL
Area and coordinates: The Lochs ( 27.8 , 28.5 )
Steps:
1. Following 4.0 MSQ.
2. Speak with Lyse in the Loch Sied.
3. MSQ points to above coordinates.

Lyse doesn't appear on map. I've checked up and down and can't find her anywhere.

Is that the part where you have to dive underwater in Loch Seld to enter the Ala Mhigan Quarter under the Loch via a water gate? If so, it's possible Lyse is underwater waiting for you, but becacuse the map is 2 dimensional cannot accurately reflect that, so it may seem the map marker is showing the npc where you are but they're below or above you.

Thank you so much. Just came to state that this is indeed the fact. This is not a bug at all, just confusing if you're not paying close attention to the dialogue.
