SCH Fairy will put ability on cooldown but not use it (e.g. Fey Blessing)

Steps:
1. Used ability "Fey Blessing"
2. Fairy consumed 10 fairy gauge and put ability on cooldown
3. Fairy did not use Fae Blessing at all
4. I have heard of this happening to other players with abilities such as Whispering Dawn not going off. Might be related to the fairy being in the middle of queuing an Embrace.
