Dragoon in 5.0 and Dragon Sight

Hi all!

First off I'd like to say that I love the changes that Dragoon received in 5.0, it continues to be a super fun job to play, thank you!

I appreciate the adjustment to Dragon Sight which allows us to use it without a target, it's great for solo instances. However in 4-man and 8-man content the easiest way to use this skill to it's full effect is with macros, which suffer from lack of flexibility, being unresponsive and causing hot bar bloat.

Would it be possible to have this skill function similar to Dancer buffs where once partnered they no longer need to be targeted for each usage of Dragon Sight? Something like this would be a great improvement for quality of life.

I understand that Dragon Sight has range restrictions and a visual tether so it functions rather differently, but any improvement that could be made to reduce the need for macros would be greatly appreciated, especially for newer players.
