[Spoilers]Unending Journey not reading flag for Crystal Tower completion for dialogue

Having an issue with the Unending Journey cutscenes where it doesn't seem to be showing me the same dialogue options the second time around as it was the first; an option that should be available after completing the Crystal Tower questline is missing from the following (very spoilery) scene:

When viewing the MSQ cutscene directly after defeating Hades in the Dying Gasp, upon reaching the branched dialogue to speak with G'raha Tia, the option "It's good to see you awake, G'raha Tia." is not available even with the Crystal tower quests complete.

Nevermind, the checkbox for Reflect Quest Progression wasn't checked; it's a little difficult to tell between the box being grayed out and simply being unchecked.
