Jobs + Casting Spells= Cannot Compute!

Greetings!

As many of you have noticed, since the implementation of jobs, casting spells on said jobs has become quite a problem. It's not due to movement while trying to cast, but must be something to do with a system process of some sort that's getting hung up.

Example:

Spells for me work just fine with I'm on Gladiator... It's just when I switch to a job, i.e. Paladin, and try to cast Holy Successor does the game decide to start having a seizure and just stop processing my spell requests. Makes me want to just tank stuff on GLA rather than PLD until this issue gets resolved.

Has anyone else noticed this when they switch from a class to job and try to cast a spell?

I've noticed the casting of spells spaz out every once in a while on a job. Don't know what the cause of that could be. Sometimes I get the "Cast cast while moving thing" since the server hasn't registered as fast as my fingers have that I stopped moving, but I've had the targeting get all crazy on me trying to cast Holy Succor on Paladin at times.

I can't stand it. One of the reasons I tank on War is Second Wind is instant cast so I don't have to wait or stand still even before starting to cast.
