Shadowbringers purchase

I keep trying to purchase the expansion on the Mog Station via my account and the Mog station keeps sending me to the Square Enix store at

page to purchase it. When attempting to log into the Square Enix page I am told I need to create an account when I already have one and it never logs in. Therefore I cannot buy it. I've always purchased everything off the Mog station, not the SE store, anyone have any ideas??

I had issues with that same thing trying to enter the new code. It ignored my login, but finally accepted a Facebook login (why??). The SE website is kind of a mess.
