HP Significantly Reduced in Deep Dungeons

World: Aether/Sargatanas, happening in specific instances
Character: Quad Ratini
Party/Solo: Both
Instance: Palace of the Dead/Heaven on High
Jobs: RDM, BRD, DNC, SAM confirmed, possibly all jobs

I am submitting this bug report on behalf of a few Deep Dungeon soloers. I have confirmed these issues for myself as well.

The HP of characters entering Heaven on High have been significantly reduced, thus making solo clears impossible. Using RDM as an example, on higher floors, they had approximately ~37,000 HP before food. Post 5.0 Patch, they now have ~28,000 HP. The damage dealt by enemies remained the same, making soloing thus impossible on the last few floor sets.
