Rubber banding/Lag Spike

Hello I have been suffering the same lag spikes/ rubber banding that other people have been experiencing.

Playing on PS4 Pro with wired connection. Download speed, ping and jitter are fine.

Happens throughout the day at random intervals, in and out of instanced content. Other player characters freeze for 1 second then appear a bit further ahead. I’ve tried power cycling the PS4, rebuilding database, contacted my ISP and had a new router, replaced all cables. No other devices connected.


Been happening since the world visit system update.
