BLM Thundercloud procs: make them like Umbral hearts on the job gauge

like how many expansions are we in and we still have this

seriously, does anyone actually like the thunder mechanics?
(with the exception of AoE, where Astral/Umbral phases aren't as tight)

just make them infinite duration and stackable like Umbral Hearts are

even if you have to reduce their damage, which would be unlikely, given the fact that it's still already barely much stronger than Fire 4

why are we still dealing with an 18s buff for a 24s debuff where we need to make sure we trigger an RNG proc to use it in the last 3 seconds before its expiration in a rotation that's already strict timing by using our dinky little fire 1 which is basically throwing a dollar store match stick at our opponents when we're dropping literal suns on them for the rest of the fight

inb4 "git gudder at mechanics" but realistically, it's unnecessarily clunky overall, it's not even about the mobility, and yea it's fine to release something like this, but YEARS later, and a few expansions later, please update these outdated, clunky mechanics that don't flow well
