Lvl 60 RDM veraero & verthunder conversion

Steps:
1. Build up black and white Mana to 80+
2. Use the 3-step melee combo
3. Try to swiftcast veraero or verthunder

Both verthunder and veraero are still being replaced by verflare and veryoly respectively at lvl 60 despite them bring unusable at that level, it leads to confusion and some frustration when swiftcasting after a melee combo.
