Description of Issue:
Total HP numbers in Deep Dungeons have been reduced, making soloing nearly impossible on non-tank jobs. In Heaven on High, the difference is a roughly 5-10k Max HP reduction. Mimics on higher floors, as an example, crit for over 35k, which is more than all DPS classes have leading to one-shot deaths. Either health values need to be adjusted to match what they were in 4.x or enemy damage needs to be reduced.

Steps:
1. Go into Heaven-on-High on a DPS class
2. Get crit by a monster on floors >70
