Footstep sounds missing when turning in either direction

Area and coordinates: Any area

Steps:
1. Be on foot.
2. Rotate in either direction while remaining in the same place.
3. Notice the sound effects for the footsteps are missing.


It doesn't seem to matter which race you're playing with either. Me and a friend have tested, and at the least it's missing on both midlander hyur female and Viera, though I assume it's an issue with every race.
