5.0 Expanded Sightseeing Log not functional

Steps:
1. Completed the 5.0 Sightseeing Log
2. Upon completion, the screen shows "Sightseeing Log Expanded"
3. There are no options for further sightseeing logs, no active quest marker on the NPC Eirlalath or visible mission to progress.

Either this is working as intended and will be in the next patch, or the screen announcement was premature in announcing the sightseeing logs were expanded.
