Temp fix for Directx FPS limit crash with Nvidia cards

Go into NVidia Control Panel, Change Resolution, create a custom resolution with a refresh rate of 60Hz. Apply it.

If you have multiple monitors, right click on your desktop, go to display settings, scroll down, and set your monitors to duplicate this display.

Then you should be able to launch the game. After the game is running, you can set everything back to normal and it will run without problems. This bug seems to be caused by an erroneous assert that fires at game startup, rather than any actual trouble running the game with an fps cap.
