Help text for status ailment

Currently, the help text for status ailment is grouped with the other regular help text (in regards to the display setting -- the little round ? icon in the mini menu).
Is it possible to move it with the help text of actions (the square ? icon in the mini menu)?

I believe it is more suited to be with the action help text for two reasons:
- Players that need help text for their actions will also need it for the more nebulous status ailments.
- Players used to FFXIV don't need the help text to explain them every single thing except actions can also benefit for the status ailments without having all the other annoying help texts.

Since I play all the classes, I like having the help text for actions to remind me what the actions are and do. Also, most of the time when an enemy affect me with a status ailment I need to look it up. However, I do not need the help text for beginners that explains every little menus. That is why I would be happy to have this little change. :)
