Thank you for stating intent to fix collision issues properly instead of capping FPS.

I would like this thread to show appreciation and support for the recently-announced intent to remove the limitation of frame rate and instead adjust the collision system to function at a faster rate to continue to function even at higher frame rates.

I don't think it was ever a perma fix to begin with, just a quick bandaid while they took the time to fix the underlying issues.

Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your view point, it caused issues with certain hardware (namely laptops with hard locked refresh rates) and they decided to remove the temporary measures and accelerate the code changes.
