Amazon Shadowbringer Code invalid.

So I receive the code for the full SB expack today from amazon (I pre-order and have been playing early access). But when I entered the code in Mog station it's invalid.

Please advise how to proceed with this or should I contact Amazon.

Make sure you are in the expansion code area and not another one.

There's a specific button for it. Did you click on that one? Looks like this:

If you are copy and pasting your code make sure you do not have an extra space at the end of the code. This happened to me with the amazon chcobo dlc code last week. I noticed when highlighting the code it likes to add an extra space which makes the code not work.

I'm going to assume that you're putting in the key on the wrong screen. You have to specifically go to the expansion registration.

So I somehow ordered 2x PC keys and I have one I don't need. I was going to put it on my girlfriends PS4 account, but it says the code is invalid.

I do not have the option for enter expansion key, just add windows license.

Does shadowbringers not include the base game? I thought it included everything?

Base game is not included, hence the complete edition. The expansion only ever include all of the expansions.

Is your ARR - Stormblood code from Steam? Because Steam codes don't mix up with Retail/Amazon/SE Store codes lol.
