1. Initial jump up to first rock is fine
2. Boundary Collision after first jump
3. Cannot progress up cliff to get to lightpost

Just tested this and can confirm there appears to be an invisible wall barring access once you've gotten most of the way up the initial rock.

Agreed. Just started trying to do sightseeing log, and this seems to be impossible to access.
