64BIT MAC client Says i need more space but i have more than enough.

64BIT MAC client Says i need more space but i have more than enough.
When trying to patch the client.. i keep getting the error... this is very saddening and frustrating :(
Anyone who can give me an insight?

1. I've installed it on my local HD (Macintosh) which has 70GB of free space. <still gets error>
2. Tried installihng it on my external drive 1TB of free space... Still gets the error.
