I assume you mean mini Ifrit.
In the grand companies.
Here you go, pick a company and work your way up to It Kills with Fire.

i am already 50, do i need to do a quest to fight the higher level ifrit?
Yes u have to join a company and do the baby ifrit and then u will unlock higher ifrit fight
