How often does the server come available for new characters to be made? I'm looking to start a new on Jenova.
You'll probably want to wait until it's late night/early morning for whatever region the server is in. Also, I hear high pop servers are usually open for character creation right after maintenance.
Well Jenova is currently marked as congested so it won’t matter what time of day it is, the world is closed to creation and transfers until square Enix removes the congested status. Who knows how long that’ll be, but probably not too soon as the expansion isn’t even out of early access yet.
