Japaness error message after hitting "Play" button

As the error is in Japanese I am unsure what it's telling me. It does seem to list some files so there may be an issue with the files in some way. I did have internet issues while downloading the patch so maybe that made errors occur?

I at least checked the mogstation to see that it acknowledges I have early access as well which it does.

Edit: Checked DirectX as that seemed like the files may refer to it, I have DirectX 12 so that may be the issue. I did play FFXIV not to long ago on my computer however and I dont' know if I have DirectX 12 then since that apparently is set to update with windows.

How long have you been having this issue? Does the crash happen when other programs are being running in the background? Does it crash when there are any overlays? Also what have you tried to alleviate the issue?

I found the "Thread: no issues prior to early release, now dx11 errors" which seemed to have others with the same files at least being listed on their errors so I tried some things suggested there

I did find that using DirectX 9 allowed me to play the game fine for about half an hour. I did not have a crash in that time, I simply log off. I did have no sound for that time. I tried just now to log in with just DirectX 9 and I was able to get to running around as my character and I had sound this time.

I could not figure out how to change frame rates on my computer so I have no idea currently if such a change would help.

I did try to log in with DirectX 11 today (July 2 2019) and I got the previously mentioned error still even

I listed my computer specs in the above mentioned thread but I'll list them here again.

I was able to play just fine before early access but I have been having issues since trying to play which was on the 30th as that is when I had time to.

You may be running into an issue that a few people have reported. It's likely related to the new 90 fps cap in place in the game. This has created an issue with players with high refresh rate monitors.

The issue is currently being addressed, but until then, other players were able to get around the issue by using DirectX 9 mode (despite being no longer officially supported). Does this let you log into the game?
