Weaponskill/Spell/Charge cooldown UI is too hard to see

This small circle is way too hard to see and track in the heat of the battle. Depending on the skill icon it's barely visible at all (for example MCH Hotshot) and you're stuck tracking your cooldown with just the small number. Please make the cooldown easier to track visually, similar to regular oGCDs. These abilities are tied to the GCD cycle so it's important to use them very precisely at the right moments. Easy tracking of the cooldown is vital. I've already seen multiple people start using 3rd party applications to give them extra cues due to the insufficiency of the UI elements.

Abilities with charges share the same problem: it's hard to see where exactly the cooldown is cycling when you have any charges left. The bright-on-bright theme makes it hard to distinguish the spinning hand.
