Look before you buy.

Okay, I understand everyone wants Gil, but come on. I always look up an item before I buy it. The item I just bought, someone was selling for 150,000 Gil..... An npc sells it for 19,000..... please look before you buy everyone. I want money too, but come on, really? I mean, do whatever you have to, but don’t be that desperate.

Oh and I didn’t buy the item from the market, as I said I look everything up before I buy. I bought it from the npc. I’m just warning other people who will listen.

People were/are buying the Viera-Starting-Clothings from the MB for over 15k on my server so q.e.d

Cannot like this one enough greedy people fail to realise the MB is most peoples first impression of a server as a whole.

Considering that items sold by vendors are marked as such and have the prices listed on the tooltips, if people continue to buy overpriced items from the MB, that's entirely their own fault and nobody should feel even the slightest bit sorry for them.

At some point I sold Chocobo stables and garden patches for thrice the price on the MB. Sorry I don't feel bad. I know a lot of lazy people who ARE aware that this item is dead cheap but are too lazy to teleport and just grab one from the MB because they don't bother and swim in money. There are several ways of making a profit. This is one.

Not to be rude but I call BS on that, both of those housing items are sold IN the housing area, you just took advantage and sold overpriced items to those who didn't know any better don't try and justify it.

100% true and the only real reason I haven't tried to nuke the prices on my server
